Exhibition of Nesim Tahirović is officially closed and moves to other cities in Serbia
Solo exhibition "Ancient symbols of peace and tolerance," of Bosnian artists Nesim Tahirović, which was held in the past two months at the Historical Museum of Serbia in Belgrade, is officially closed. The exhibition "Ancient symbols of peace and tolerance," which represents forty five long carrier of this artist summed in the impressive number of 200 works and selected by art historian and curator of the exhibition Saša Janjić, will first be seen by the audience of the city of Kragujevac in the Gallery of the National Museum during the period of 21. September until 21. October 2012, after which it will be moved to Novi Sad and other Serbian cities.

Belgrade exhibition of Nesim Tahirović is prolonged until August
"Ancient symbols of peace and tolerance," a retrospective exhibition of Bosnian and Herzegovinian artists Nesim Tahirović, which was to last from 14th June to 7th July 2012, due to high interest it was extended until August 2012. This way Belgrade audience has a opportunity to see these unique art pieces during the month of July in the monumental area of the Historical museum of Serbia. A spectacular retrospective of Nesim Tahirović, Tanjug
BELGRADE - At the Historical museum of Serbia today is opened a spectacular retrospective exhibition of unique artist from Tuzla Mr. Nesim Tahirović, by which this creator marks his 70th birthday. For this Belgrade exhibition, as the artist told in an interview with Tanjug, the works were chosen and installed by art historian and author of the luxury catalog Saša Janjić.

"Ancient symbols of peace and tolerance" a retrospective exhibition by Nesim Tahirović
Historical museum of Serbia, Belgrade

At Thursday, the 14th June at 18:00 AM, at the Historical Museum of Serbia will be opened a representative solo exhibition of the famous Bosnian artist Nesim Tahirović. In response to the invitation of the Historical Museum of Serbia, Mr. Tahirović will introduce himself to the audience with specific and interesting exhibition entitled "Ancient symbols of peace and tolerance". This is a show that has great regional significance because an artist will present to the Belgrade audience originality of his works which in addition to their global artistic expression, especially promote the beauty of art from their own society. This exhibit is also significant in that, because it speaks about coexistence, culture and tradition of all people in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and also in the whole region, and because the symbolism, that can be seen in the authors art pieces, indicates at the appreciation of diversity, tolerance and respect for the countries in the region. The exhibition will be open until 07th July 2012.

6. "Biennial of Miniature Art” of Bosnia and Herzegovina:
Award for sculpture and installation - Nesim Tahirović

In the crowded gallery of the Bosnian Cultural Center in Tuzla, on Thursday evening, it was officially opened the “Biennial of Miniature Art” of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BMA), which is held for the sixth time. At the opening ceremony prizes of the sixth BMA were awarded. One of the prizes was given to the Bosnian artist Nesim Tahirović in the category "award for sculpture and installation".

Retrospective exhibition of Nesim Tahirović is closed
Retrospective exhibition "Distant roads", of bosnian artist Nesim Tahirović, which has been opened for more then a two months in the premises of the city gallery Collegium artisticum in Sarajevo, is closed. Because of a big interest of audience for his art works, which have been made during his 45 years of work, organiser decided to prolong this exhibit until end of july.

This problem accured when the artist wanted to import his art pieces , that has been made more then 30 years ago outside Bosnia and Herzegovina (Slovenia and Italy).
